Pros

Great company culture and benefits. As a fresh graduate, I found Lamar to be very welcoming and provided a whole lot of experience in sales, marketing, and operations.

Cons

Sometimes the Sales staff can get too comfortable with the support, depending on the plant you're working at. Remind yourself to never take on too much of their work (like prospecting/contacting leads before they do.)

Pros

Great people to work with, decent pay but with many acquisitions happening locally, they didn’t hire additional support in any department and it was very very stressful atmosphere.

Cons

Pay raise would have been nice and new office manager is awful

Freedom with decent benefits. My current plant cares about their employees.

Cons

Low pay for operations crew members. Operations crew members are not treated the same as other employees.
