      Pros

      Great benefits and research information provided from corporate to help sell. Training was amazing.

      Cons

      Each office is run independently, there is no accountability for GM'S and they are protected. There is a reason you have high turnover in some of these offices.

      Pros

      Great benefit package for you and your family the day you start. 401k, Stocks, disability, life insurance, vacation days and sick days. Pay is decent with certificates. I started from the bottom over 4 years ago. If you have drive you can make a good living with Lamar. I'm $7.00 more now then where I started. Pretty good in four years. But certifications are a must to do this!!

      Cons

      As a installer we deal with some hard elements from mother nature. Sales team has the slightest idea of what we go through. They live in a perfect world behind their desk. Keeping up with brush cutting is essential so we can have access to structures. Maintenance on structures could be better!!
