Pros

If you're on the "good side" of your superiors, then you'll be fine working in this district. The pay is better here compared to other districts.

Cons

The new superintendent decided he wants all administrators to have 10 classroom observations per week. It's placed a lot of stress on everyone, both administrators and teachers. It's January and I've had 8 classroom walkthroughs.

I got to meet some really awesome people and the students made the job rewarding in some ways.

Cons

Pay was horrible and admin was overbearing. Also a lot of gossip took place.
