The teachers are great. Everyone tries to help each other out great support.

Cons

Administration only cares about test scores. They do not help new teachers and they are quick to let teachers go. They will smile and laugh with you, then fire you in the same breath. The turn over late is very high. 20+ last year, 15+ the year before. This is a very militaristic school. Teachers are very stressed there is a lot of re-testing and grading. High teacher burnout. Subs will not work at this school, must TED kids every time a teacher on team gets sick or has an emergency. School staff is spread out very thin, even custodians.
