The teacher's at the campus I worked for were genuine and caring not only for students but colleagues as well.

Cons

The administration at the campus could be unfair at times and had their favorites.

Good base pay compared with other school districts, nice scenery

Cons

Too much emphasis on state testing than proper teaching Many students do not know basic facts (things that they should know) Not much opporutnitiy to make extra money (such as afterschool tutorials, curricula development) compared to other districts - Stipends are not much compared with other districts
