Part of Clayco, Amazing resources, free lunches everyday, top notch offices, awesome technology, big money is talking here.
Cons
Growing uncontrollably, many staff coming in at once, leadership is in a mess trying to hire and forgetting about current projects. Very broad management style, you can get lost easily trying to figure out your way. Working with other teams remotely in other offices makes it hard to meet people in your own office.

While we may be in different offices, we are one team. Sharing ideas from multiple geographies and perspectives is encouraged and we feel essential to producing better design solutions.
