Pros

Working for the university ensures that every day is fresh and exciting. There are always diverse problems to solve. Everyone that i worked with there was friendly and very helpful.

Cons

There are no benefits such as health insurance or milage compensation provided for part-time workers. It is fairly common to work more hours than you get paid for due to the maximum number of hours being 19.5.
