      Pros

      Tons of motivated, talented, friendly people. Mission-driven, collaborative environment. Top-shelf compensation.

      Cons

      Seemingly endless changes to executive leadership, sales strategy, marketing outlook. Lambda lives in an intensely competitive and rapidly-changing market. The half-life of work product is the shortest I have ever seen. This company wears a lot of good people out in a short period of time. Very bad work-life balance. Management baldly favors cheerleaders and workaholics.
