Pros

A lot of great ICs to work with, genuinely wanting to make things better. New pay scale is competitive.

Cons

Two inexperienced tech-bros swept up by market demand for GPUs into a failing upwards scenario. Almost every quarter these two read some nonsense on the internet and think "this is how I should run the company". Consistently chipping away at morale, leaving tenured staff just vesting. Low morale, lots of backstabbing among management and not to mention the overbearing micromanagement by the CTO. The medical benefits are a joke. Also the two founders keep this mirage of "open communication" but as any old timer will tell you, saying something will put a target on your back and you'll be gone in about one quarter.

Pros

Impact work: You’re building real infrastructure that matters, with clear connection to customers and the broader AI ecosystem. Exceptional people & culture: The team is sharp, humble, and collaborative. You learn quickly because the bar is high. Ownership and growth: You get meaningful responsibility, direct access to leaders, and the chance to shape programs from the ground up.

Cons

Cross-team coordination needs to mature: As the company scales, collaboration across functions can be uneven, leading to misalignment or duplicated effort. Improving shared processes, communication loops, and clarity of roles would unlock even more speed and efficiency. Fast and demanding pace: Priorities move quickly, and you need to be comfortable operating without perfect clarity. Evolving processes: Systems, documentation, and workflows are still maturing, which requires adaptability. Limited bandwidth: Teams run lean, so people often juggle multiple priorities at once.

Awful Company with Awful People

Pros

Free meals everyday. Good insurance. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Terrible communication between team members and poor management. Most people encountered barely contribute to work, and then bullies the ones that do. They also took people on a company retreat knowing that they are laying people off right after the retreat. Absolutely toxic behavior and unprofessional.
