Family owned company that adheres to good solid values. Pay is decent. Executive staff is approachable and friendly.

Cons

LOF doesn't over-hire. At times you will work hard, but this is not actually a con for me.

Wonderful place to work! Family-owned business, employees treated fairly, management eager to interact with employees & fun is had, too! I've been with LOF for 20+ years and plan to be here for 20 more! My second family!
