Pros

Good wages, benefits, etc. They treat their employees well and got good hours most of the year, although in winter I would sometimes get like 30 hours in a week, so be prepared for a little less income during that part of the year. (I worked on production line doing sanitation work).

Cons

Found it hard to bid for new jobs... They kept me in the same position when I wanted to move to a better job.

Pros

Employees seem to value work, life, balance. The company overall has been successful in growing and promoting from within. Turn over is relatively low. Bonuses paid quarterly!!

Cons

The reason why turn over is low is because there are no other food industry places within an hours drive of the town. Secondly, the salary wages could improve a bit.
