Pros

It's been a great place to work. Having worked in a publicly traded company for years, there are perks to working with a family owned business. Senior leadership is accessibility and approachable. There's a significant focus on food safety, quality, safety, wellness, youth sports and fundraising for JDRF. There are several employees that have a lot of years with the company. I'm glad I joined!

This is a family owned business. Although the company has seen significant growth in the past few years, it has still maintained a family atmosphere. The owners are very approachable and truly care about their employees. They are the type of people that you want to work hard for everyday. The company encourages us to take calculated risks so that we can achieve and create new things. I have been given the tools I need to succeed in my job. It's been a wonderful experience to work for Land O'Frost.

Cons

I'm not sure how Land O'Frost's pay structure rates against it's competitors. It might be trailing a bit. That's the only negative that I can think of.
