Pros
Nice location, nice offices, many building perks (credit union, company store). Recent investment on updating the cubicles and conference rooms.
Cons
Company-wide surveys are distributed and employees are encouraged to complete them. Any improvements needed are pushed back on the employees on finding solutions. Once improvement steps are provided, little to no improvements take place. There is a lack of female managers in IT and some that are there should be relocated to non-managerial positions. Human Resources is made aware of issues with managers but changes are so slow that MANY of the best employees have already left.
