Co-op structure and family friendly culture is great. Pay and benefits are also very competitive.

Cons

Upper management is not aligned and wires often get crossed with communication, or, worse yet, there is no communication at all.

The Land O'Lakes comes off as a work place that provides a lot of opportunities to grow and many employee groups to lighten up the rigid work pace. We just had an employee celebration event at the headquarter in august. they did it in a state fair style. food trucks came to campus offering free food. lots of games you would normally pay to enter in a real fair. they've even got a stage for various competition: butter sculpture, cow milking, etc.

Cons

the average age of the work force is about 30+. the company seemed to have trouble fitting into the millennials mindset, the customer group they eager to appeal to.
