Good working environment. Rewards/recognition/compensation for hard work. Does not tolerate non-performers. Open door policy where you can walk in to any office if the need for help arises . Employees are involved in decision making involving their work. Always updated with developments in the organization, locally as well as internationally.

Good working environment for employees and excellent staff welfare. Hardworkers are rewarded and recognised. Open door policy and equal treatment of employees regardless of position levels

Narrow balance between work and family life or social life. Longer hours and days are mostly spent at work no balancing with family life. working odd hrs mostly and no overtime
