In the past had a great culture! Now the company is being run by a Pillsbury culture. All the employees that General Mills did not want to take with them when they bought Pillsbury are not at Land O Lakes. What does that say for the company.

Cons

Very political. If you disagree, keep it to yourself. It's all about the numbers. Once was a collaborative organization.

Good benefits for the most part with relaxed work atmosphere; consensus driven culture is obvious from the moment you walk in the door

Cons

LOL is very political; almost all decisions are made based on the politics of an issue rather than economics. Many people are in their positions based on seniority rather than ability.
