stable business, good health insurance

Cons

lots of politics and toxic infighting. A general lack of support for rank and file team members. I watched them fire many people out of the blue, for seemingly no good reason at all. The open office with no assigned desks was difficult to focus in. Immediately after hire, they tried a bait and switch on RTO (went from 2 days in office to 3)
