Pros

Cool environment (the offices). Some perks that obviously come along with working for a large company like a monthly snack box and other free lunches. The pay is low to average, the benefits package is great.

Cons

Terrible management of people and resources resulting in always working extra hours to fix mistakes. No opportunity to grow unless you are one of the “favorites”. The leaders are rarely on the same page and some don’t even like each other so the tension affects the workforce. I’m not convinced that the places they create actually “matter”.

Pros

Genuinely enjoyed my co-worker as we would listen to music in the office while working. They also provide fully vested 401k at 3% of annual salary.

Cons

Lied to me during the interview process. This included telling me work hours were from 9-4 as long as I got 40 hours per week. I was let go after 2 months and informed that work hours were from 8-5 (normal).

Pros

A truly collaborative environment. Colleagues are great! Young leadership and group keeps it casual.

Cons

Difficult to advance unless you are a chosen one.
