Pros
Management gives leverage to passionate, innovative employees to craft their own career and pursue value in new ways. Every position requires a bit of overtime these days- but there is effort at LandDesign by management to facilitate a healthy work-life balance. The bottom line is important, but not as important as a healthy culture.
Cons
Pay is a tad under average, but the culture facilitates happiness, so it’s a small price to pay to come to great place to work everyday.
