Pros

-Most of my colleagues were easy going and fun to work with -Lunches paid by management when goals were met

Cons

-Training was very short lived & you were basically thrown out there -30 min lunches -Standing on your feet all day (you weren't allowed to sit unless you had a medical reason) -A lot of favoritism among the senior tellers and upper management -Not even a dollar raise per year -Almost impossible to move up (covid also made this worse)

Pros

Love my job here! Worked here almost 10 years. Great career advancement opportunities. Great benefits, not a stressful environment, great pay for the hourly staff.

Cons

Company culture feels like its evolving into a more corporate-like "gray area" structure.
