- Great coworkers - Great benefits - Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge

Cons

- Managements leadership styles are not as flexible. Don't always take the time to know you and your values just assume that you're there for the money. - High expectations that are attainable but only through working outside your assigned schedule, sometimes without the compensation for overtime.
