Fantastic benefits, casual dress code, great co-workers. Management listens to ideas. Rewarded for meeting goals.

Cons

Pay is a bit on the low side. Most advancement opportunities exist at main office.

Pros

Awesome benefit package including low premium health and dental, 401K, Defined Benefit Pension Plan, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. Landmark tries to promote from within, is a high volume, challenging work environment, and has a consistent history of success.

Cons

The company has grown quickly due to a lot of recent mergers and they are trying to catch up in some areas, but that also presents great challenges to self motivated employees.
