Nice people at Branches great operations streamlined low rates for members

Cons

Lowest Loan Officer pay, more work less help from processing no file openers lots of work expected no OT excepted. Nice people difficult job did this job 20 years before this offer very untruthful about pay and work load when interviewed, they pay poor and aren’t honest about it when hired.

I cannot think of a pro to working here. I could say it is a great group of people to work with as coworkers.

Cons

Unfair compensation for the amount of work you are expected to do. Long shifts and not enough PTO time granted to have mental and physical health days. Management is not the worst, but they do have their favorites and seems to ignore most other workers.
