Good company, but not long term.

Pros

Exellent customer service focus, great products, decent "benefits" package, PTO with some usage flexibility, partial paid lunch

Cons

Stressful environment- with covid Micro managed Pay isn't substantial but could be decent for a hard worker/experience Late week hours get old Not as much room to grow as you think Too many managers of managers of vp to the vps. Needs more focus on the front line !!!
