Pros

They give an annual bonus every year.

Cons

Even if you exceed your goals, they are still not happy. The morale is very low with many employees and I feel that the managers that they have are not qualified to be managers.

Pros

Ability to earn incentives when you are able to cross-sell services. Fun to work with many loyal, familiar faces. Co-workers and teamwork can make days better and time pass more quickly!

Cons

Your sense of value as an employee is not greatly felt. People can get upset when you take off time you earned--because it's a retail job, if you are gone for a day, other team members (naturally) have to pick up the extra weight.
