Pros

I get to experience a lot of field at the company. My title is a bank teller but i also get to do a lot more then just that. I enjoy learning so much more.

Cons

Sometimes member comes in are very rude and mean.

Pros

- Fast Paced Environment (if you prefer this)

Cons

- Pay has recently been increased to be competitive - but above teller positions, you will be making less than your peers at rival companies. - Management develops quick biases, and will not support employees that are unfavored. Staff that does have favor will still be unsupported should they make mistakes. (See Management Advice below) - Training is hugely mishandled and/or absent entirely depending on role.
