My experience at LCU overall was great until new managers came into the branch.

Pros

Great atmosphere, get prizes or lunch when reaching incentives for the month and benefits are okay. Members are also great.

Cons

There was a lot of favoritism in the branch. Management was very disorganized. Short staff all the time. Same employees always taking off with PTO and the same ones always working who managers don't approve PTO for.

Cons

Upper management uses employees to spy and tell on their coworkers and supervisors. They also record phone calls and check cameras to spy on employees as well. How sad is that?!

Cons

customers can be rude sometimes, but most are nice.
