Pros

They keep it positive, and the starting wage for entry-level is competitive. They want to know where you want to go from entry-level and help you map out how to get there.

Cons

There are no sick days but you start off with 12 days PTO and 2 floating holidays (functions the same as PTO). Sometimes Nickelback is playing in the bathroom.

Pros

Good benefits. Busy most of the time.

Cons

Covid protocols were a joke. Only certain people got to work from home, and I was frightened of getting exposed in the office daily. My co-workers who have worked from home for the past 3 years are entitled and don't do any work. HR will fire you for any complaints you have. Management micromanage like crazy.
