      Pros

      Good coworkers and good people at lower level positions and some at corporate.

      Cons

      Nothing makes sense in corporate or the venues and you can't trust anyone. A lot of frustration, drama and betrayal.

      Pros

      its easy to be impressed with eautifuly designed properties, good salary, at first.

      Cons

      Unfortunately it's ran as a family business and company provided zero training. GM and Chef are alone no team for support. Owners will sabotage the operation overnight without management involvement and makes a stressful business more so.
