      Pros

      Staff is great, the managers care about the success of the business and pay attention to small details. They are very kind and accommodating.

      Cons

      The owners are dismissive and inflexible. Demand too much and are entirely obnoxious. They refuse to pay their employees, in particular the support staff, a reasonable wage. They require and push for events and/or schedules that the establishment is simply too understaffed to manage. They charge ridiculous prices for food and the quality control by their executive chefs is subpar.

      Pros

      its easy to be impressed with eautifuly designed properties, good salary, at first.

      Cons

      Unfortunately it's ran as a family business and company provided zero training. GM and Chef are alone no team for support. Owners will sabotage the operation overnight without management involvement and makes a stressful business more so.

      You really meet some nice people.

      Cons

      It is truly an ugly environment to work in. No benefits or at least that you can afford. Long hours, poor pay, and you never have what you need to make an event happen. You are used and abused. Read the reviews from other employees before thinking about working for this company.
