Pros

Pretty scenery. But that’s about it.

Cons

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Classless ownership. Gave speeches pressuring us to sell so they could afford their yachts basically. They could care less about their staff. No HR so there is no protection and no safe place to be ever. You are not protected. No organization. 16 hour days. They’ll honor their toxic management before you and not hear your concerns. They won’t provide proper training or tools but blame and reprimand you. Chef saves her food from every wedding to use at the next wedding. Teenage racist boy on property who acts like he runs the show. No manners, no respect, hostility and yelling all the time. Utter mess of a business and it’s going all around what a poor job they are doing by clients. Karma is real and they have big problems coming their way. Just a shame really.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful people it’s very diverse! Free Food and water!! not the best ..

Cons

They treat you good at first so they can over work you later So you won’t “say” anything . They end up making you do all other staff dirty work so they won’t pay them more hours and make you do theirs plus yours cuz they know you have to leave at a certain time. Employees in the same department “befriend” management and lie To take the credit then try to make others look bad or fired that happened to many... there is a lot of jealousy between workers I don’t know why but it happens a lot.. they don’t like when you have to see a doctor for whatever reason and call out they will fire you if they feel like it They make you work crazy hours but then take away a day so u won’t get overtime .. they even try to change the time clock so u won’t get all your hours in.. There are no raises they make you work like a robot Dishwashers are treated the worse to the point of exploitation and end up doing kitchen staffs jobs because of thier lack of knowing English or fear of being fired. No benefits only for salary employees.. I seen maintaince managers do nothing at all !! while housekeepers Women do man jobs Even have to do maintenance managers job because they fear they might get fired putting them more work on top of theirs which is already to the point of exploitation. There is no tips for housekeeper even thou they do the hotels other staff keep all thier tips I spoke and know several of them in different locations within this company say the same thing .. that’s a shame they work hard for so little. This company always do constructions or other legal things with out using any labor laws or permits so they can save a buck or two. They save a lot money using immigrants to do all there dirty work and thier cheaply made construction that end up falling apart months weeks later.. Plus more causing them to end up spending more money getting a real professional to fix the problem! They always have bad things happen during events because they build things so cheaply like all the leaks in ceicling smells from bathroom sinks mold on brick walls it’s ridiculous! Not even going to mention how bad kitchen conditions are in
