      awful experience. they do not care about personal growth. They walk on everyone's toes and spit/yell in people's faces.

      Some people you work with are cool

      Cons

      Unorganized Feels like high school, you only advance if you are friends with higher ups No accountability No genuine concern for residents Pay is extremely low compared to the market. Other companies pay 10K-15K more for your same role. PTO is very minimal No sick time Unprofessional Turnover is super high. Never are fully staffed. Commission is very low, only $25 per lease

      There aren't any good things about this company. It's racist, sexist, and right wing.

      Cons

      This is a very negative place to work. The manager was a horrible person who did little to work.
