From the top down, the communication with all departments is open and honest. The pay is competitive and LMP hosts a stock of great people within their company.

Cons

Current healthcare offered isn't the best but also not the worst

Pros

my fellow leasing staff was amazing and felt like family. everyone worked hard, even through tough and stressful circumstances.

Cons

manager is a pathological liar, disrespectful, and rude. the building itself was falling apart, with pipe bursts and construction delays, and the manager wanted nothing to do with it and made us deal with the wrath of angry residents and guarantors.
