      The only pros are the benefits: rent discount

      work "part-time" but work over 35 hours a week, forced to do work that is not related to your job i.e. maintenance, cleaning, terrible management, was always told to "tell them I am in a meeting" when they did not want to deal with a resident who had an issue only management had the power to solve
