Friendly and casual environment, some sense of loyalty to the company, employees want to see the company succeed, relaxed management

Cons

Lack of training for new employees, lack of involvement or interest from corporate, VERY understaffed, underpaid, very little recognition for hard work, management passing responsibilities off on others, lack of respect from property manager, very little opportunity for advancement, don't seek to promote from within, no structure for pay raises or evaluation, requests for raise completely ignored

Expanding company but little to look forward to as an employee

Pros

Landmark Properties is a rapidly expanding company. They offer good pay and are a very personal bunch of people. Also, everyone is young and everyone feels as though they each have a vested interest in the company. This makes you care as an employee where the company is going and how it is performing.

Cons

Landmark Properties has a significant lack of corporate structure. Also they have very unclear job titles which creates confusion on who is going to do certain jobs, and confusion on whether or not something gets taken care of. There is a lot of work swapping and putting of work on others in this company! Also, there is a strong sense of disrespect from personnel and a lack of growth opportunities within the company.
