Pros

I was able to move up within the company pretty easily and I did learn a good amount within leasing and marketing.

Cons

There is no such thing as work/life balance. They will try and get every ounce of work out of you for as little pay as possible. They do not pay their employees well and have no plans to fix this. When you reach out to corporate nothing gets done and half of them do not know what they are doing. The mission statement is so important during an interview but half of corporate barely knows it. I have watched staff members and corporate members put their judgment and morals aside for the money. While I realize a lot of people will write these reviews out of anger I am writing this with the intent that people research this company before taking a job here. I hope that management finds this review and they open their eyes are finally give value to their employees and treat EVERYONE equally.

Pros

Some leadership at corporate is positive-many think they are too disconnected to see reality on the ground level.

Cons

Nepotism-several positions have been given to people who supervise family members, babysit children as favors etc You are a number to the CEO; he rarely interacts with any site level employees.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We want our employees to know that their priorities are our priorities. We recently hired a Vice President of Human Resources who has been intentional about developing the Human Resources department, although implementing change is always a process that takes time.
