      Pros

      Ability to make decisions and implement best practices. Input is valued and applied by management.

      Cons

      Lack of corporate training platform. Also, operating on outdated software. The industry is in need of change and Landmark needs to be a major part in doing so. Innovation is key.

      I’m trying really hard to say good things.

      Pros

      They have resources. They are nice, at least to your face. They have great products in markets that aren’t over built.

      Cons

      Unless you’re working from home, in the club, or live in Athens you have NO work life balance. When you bring this up you’re basically told that it’s just the nature of the job. If you’re seasoned, you’re probably going to work for someone way less qualified than you. Culture is a pro and a con because it’s forced. A bunch of people in Athens think of things they like then they roll it out to all of us non Athens people. All in all we focus way to much on what we do well, which is build nice products in over saturated markets, and completely neglect what we need to work on... literally everything else.
