This company is such a great company to work for! They truly value their employees and want to see their employees grow by promoting from within. This company provides so much support to their team members and are always so available. They are great at respecting and promoting work/home life balance. The company is always looking to be innovative, efficient, and for opportunities to grow. The people in this company are so great and it feels like family. Landmark is truly one of the best!

I have worked in this industry for 12 years and Landmark is the 3rd company I have worked with. Overall, I couldn't be happier. The support offered from everyone throughout the corporate office is often overwhelming. Their commitment to ensuring that every member of the team feels as though they are every bit as important as the next, is the reason they will continue to grow and open further opportunities for their associates.

Cons

Certain people that arent in cliques aren't recognized. Pay is not good at all. The new property opening needs to be more organized. Construction is terrible
