      Pros

      Company is tight knit. Freedom in making decisions allows you to feel personally invested in the companies/properties success. Corporate office is eager to create new culture where it is a learning environment where everyone can help each other out.

      Cons

      Company is still growing in the management portion and there are policies that are lacking definition. Sometimes corporate sets unrealistic goals which are hard to achieve. Also, staff at corporate office are always changing roles so its hard to keep up with who does what.

      Pros

      -Very relax work environment that makes any employee feel comfortable walking into work. -Dress is business casual which is something I really appreciate as I want to be comfortable if I am going to be giving a minimum of 3 tours a day. -Your communication skills truly grow as all you do is build relationships with prospects and tenants through verbal and written communication

      Cons

      -Upper management reminds me of a fraternity. All about themselves and they tend to forget the about the people who actually interact with the customers that keep the company afloat

      Awesome company to work for!

      Pros

      Enjoyable work atmosphere, great people, employee recognition and just a great company to work for!

      Cons

      With only focusing on new developments, it is hard for some to be able to stay with the company because they can't relocate. And that there are not any more Landmark properties in Texas anymore.
