Pros

Remote position flexibility, sample clothes. 50% Employee discount of clothing for you and your family (great if you have growing kids).

Cons

Mid Tier, Outside/Field, National Account Sales Reps BEWARE!!! This role may sound appealing, however is treated less than an entry level B2B sales role with little to no commissions ever seen. Upper management is all about old school and unattainable metrics with dials and cold calls. Inside sales (aka everyone in Dodgeville, WI) on EVERY level will get ALL of the revenue after your efforts and long sales cycles are complete, leaving you (the “hunter”) empty handed. Apparel and mentality of this organization is an outdated patriarchy, with zero updated real world sales tools, technology and/or leadership. The warm friendly feel of an old fashion “wholesome” company is an intricate smoke and mirrors routine, at best!
