Pros

LE has been lucky to still interest and acquire talented employees across all sectors with strong work ethics. This is what's currently holding the company together.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership direction, mostly due to several changes of CEO in a very short period of time.

Pros

-Coworkers, and team members all work hard to meet goals. - All hands on deck attitude within teams.

Cons

-Sr leadership within last couple years, lacked clear mission, direction and focus. This caused continued fire drills, live in the moment vs strategy to improve and grow business. - Authentic people and individuals bringing unique skills to the table were no longer valued, felt like a number and everyone was replaceable. Environment of fear created. - Increased issues, with little investment back into the business to fix and improve.
