Pros

Fun, quirky associates on the team, great store management, flexible schedule, great discounts on products, good quality clothing, positive work environment

Cons

Being on your feet for several hours straight, taking care of many tasks all at once, complicated return policies and procedures to work with, customers sometimes take advantage of the generous return policy

Well treated, no unsociable hours, factory in Oakham closed on weekends

Cons

A bit grim but I guess all warehouses are.

Pros

Friendly co-workers Shift giveaways, trades, pretty flexible scheduling Pays better than most everything else in the area

Cons

Required to work at least one weekend day (sat or sun) Lack of pay raises Won't hire at full time, must start part time. Takes FOREVER to get promoted to full time. Benefits (health, dental, vision) are very expensive for very poor coverage
