Pros

Its a great work enviorment and people are laid back. Leads are very apporachable and happy to help with any concenrs. Getting time off is a breeze, and they have minimal schedule requirements. They seem to always be hiring. Lands' End is always my #1 recommendation for people to apply to in this area.

Cons

As a guy, the enviorment in the Stevens Point office is quite matriarchal. There are a total of 2 men in any leadership positions in the entire building. To be fair, a large part of the population of workers are female, however, it feels like there could be room for at least 1-2 more guys in leadership.
