      Pros

      The work environment was fun and I had the ability to help select the daily/weekly activities for each camp.

      Cons

      There were not many cons; there was a lot of repetition but it was not bad. Sometimes I wanted to be working with adults more often.

      Pros

      -Employee discount is very generous -The Comer Center is a great facility to take advantage of if you work at home office -The benefits are extremely cheap if you live in the Madison, WI area -It's a great place for millennials entering the workforce to gain experience and then take that experience to a more operationally-sound retailer

      Cons

      -Compensation across the board is far below industry standards -The retail side (brick and mortar) of the business is poorly managed by SVP of Retail and her band of idiots -There aren't many strategies employed at LE; everything is reactionary and half-baked at best -Lack of honesty/integrity by senior management exists daily

      Pros

      Good coworkers, comer center, cell phone discount, and a wide range of different job opportunities. Lands end also has company wide activities so that provides good networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance, low pay for what you do, favoritism, micromanaging, and lack of communication and leadership skills upon coworkers
