Pros

If you want part-time work, the immediate benefits may well suit you: fitness center, employee discount, etc. For the area, compensation is not bad, but you can spend years there before you "qualify" to get full-time work and, therefore, their benefits plan. This is for the hoi polloi, of course, as some positions are walk-in full-time positions.

Cons

Duplicity is the modus operandi now, but it was not always so. Lands' End was a great place to work, but the new motto of "the beatings will continue until morale improves" is quickly rubbing off the newly-pasted smile that veils their thin veneer of friendliness.

Pros

The clothing is classic and fashion forward and you can outfit your entire family. We have a nice clientele and they love the brand. Best swimsuits anywhere.

Cons

Even though we are no longer owned by Sears, the Sears culture is there. Have not had a raise in the 7 years I've worked there. 20% discount not that great. Excellent customer service is no longer a priority. It's all about selling...we have to track every sale & return. DM leads by intimidation & bullying.
