Pros

Every employee is treated like a valued member of the team. Management follows up on suggestions and concerns. Employees are also paid very well and offered an attractive benefit package.

Cons

It is somewhat difficult to get full time positions. You may have to work part-time hours after the peak season if there aren't any permanent shifts available. However, you will love working there as a temp or full-timer because you will be treated as a valued member of the team.

Pros

For a college student it had great pay and benefits. The management was great too and you could tell they really cared about the well being of their employees. The work environment was also nice and friendly.

Cons

At times it can be very busy and stressful. There are not too many options for career advancement but it was alright for a seasonal job.

Pros

There is a small amount of great people there that you will want to remain friends forever. That's it!!!! Though most of those people leave as soon as their 2 year contract is up, if not before.

Cons

-Poor leadership and management from the top down. -Manipulative, unqualified employees seem to be rewarded and retained over talented, qualified and innovative members. -Growth is not nurtured nor encouraged. -The environment is so toxic which makes it impossible to do ones job or be rewarded or acknowledged. -The toxic leaders make the lives of those threatened abusive and intolerable. -HR/ ES are unprofessional and useless in difficult situations and do not handle issues well. -Ethics are not practiced. -many false promises, no delivery. -people are concerned for themselves rather than doing what's best for the company. -environment feels like a shark pool rather than a work place. -overall, very sad to see a brand with a heritage and potential be destroyed by unnecessary politics and drama.
