Pros

Land'send is your basic facotry work but has some great perks! For seasonal peak ( oct - dec) you can't beat the work out facilty that they have for those cold winter nights. They have a nice pool, indoor track, and weight room at your disposal. They also have impressive employee discount in the holiday season. For a factory job you really can't complain.

Cons

It is a factory job. Some departments are better for staying active. Sometimes it is slower but not bad. The pay is was about $10 an hour if I remember correctly. So if you are lookign for some extra holiday cash i would recomend it.

The level of dedication and commitment of the LE team is exceptional. Compensation is pretty high vs comparable jobs at other companies. Great campus amenities.

Cons

Leadership expectation is 24/7 and communication is pretty poor. Location is remote. Benefits are poor.
