Pros

I am enjoying my time in Lands' End, I am really happy they gave me the chance to collect some experience and skills in Retail. Was my first experience in the field and I really like the company.

Cons

I am spending a lot of money because I want to buy too many Lands' End clothes, pretty much the effect of working in retail

Great teams and people. Lots of social gatherings, the company really look after you.

Cons

Not good at sharing news with the staff, outcomes of meetings aren't fed back. Lots of things happen without consultation.
