Pros

The work environment was fun and I had the ability to help select the daily/weekly activities for each camp.

Cons

There were not many cons; there was a lot of repetition but it was not bad. Sometimes I wanted to be working with adults more often.

Pros

Great down to earth people. Made a lifetime of friendships. If you work near Dodgeville, WI you can use their amazing Fitness Facilities during lunch or after work.

Cons

Not convenient for those wanting to do a career in the West or East. My experience is that salaries are below average but that seems to vary widely depending on negotiations.

Pros

The people and the product

Cons

Hard to move up, and salary is unreasonable compared to workload. Also very little training.
