Pros

My team was amazing. My manager was a great mentor and always empowered and encouraged me to share my ideas and design whatever I was excited about. My cross-functional team was great to work with too.

Cons

Leadership doesn't always seem open to trying new things. Working on the design team, it became discouraging to design something I was excited about only for everything fun and interesting to be stripped away. I get why the main office will stay where it is, but designers need more than some corn fields to feel inspired, look into having a creative space in a bigger city, much of the design team lives a 50-minute commute away and it's just not sustainable.

Pros

Customer Focused. Offer some benefits for part-time. Remote work offered. Employee discount.

Cons

I quit after the 7th day of training. I was a remote worker, and my equipment had problems from day one. Crashed at least 4X a day. Saw too many red flags during training. 60 people in the training class I was in was a big one. Why such a high turnover?? This was not my first call center or remote position, either.
